Please use option :
Menu "File" -> "Export as Image"
select DPI and click button "Save" and select type as "Adobe PDF (.pdf)"

I mean: with texts vectorized, not as bitmap (which gives completely different results when commercial printing), and mandatory RVB to CMYK conversion.
